No minimum order quantity is required. But we suggest more items per order because it saves your shipping cost a lot. Please refer to How It Works- “Shipping and Packing” for more shipping cost information.
Velvet lined drawer insert: 7-14 business days.
Built-in safe cabinet and watch winder without lacquer finish: 30-35 business days.
All custom products with lacquer finish: 45-60 business days.
Otherwise we’ll notify clients with lead time in busy season.
We confirm all the data and design sketch with clients before payment.
All finished products will be measured and the photos of them will be sent to clients before shipping.
1) Custom drawer insert: drawer interior dimension, which is width*depth*height in cm or inch, is needed.
When we produce your custom drawer inserts, we’ll cut 3mm-5mm from each side to ensure it could be placed into your drawer.
Or you could give us the exact dimension of custom insert you’d like to make.
2) Built-in safe cabinet: safe interior dimension, which is width*depth*height in cm or inch, is needed. What’s more important is the safe door dimension. We’ll cut a few mm from the above 2 dimensions.
Or you could give us the exact dimension of custom cabinet you’d like to make.
3) Photos of your drawers and safe are welcome, especially when they’re special.
Popular drawer insert options: ring slot, jewelry holder, flat watch compartment, watch compartment with pads, cufflink/belt/pen/sunglasses compartment, multiple large/small compartments.
Regular velvet colors: black, grey, beige, camel, dark camel.

Drawer inserts are fully customized. There’s no standard height for drawer inserts.
However, if your insert design includes hard watch cushion or soft watch cushion, minimum height is 5cm (2 inches).
Please keep in mind that the MDF (medium density fiberboard) of drawer insert is 5mm (0.2 inch) thick.
Generally speaking, custom safe cabinet may include drawers, watch winders, jewelry display and empty compartments.

If you’d like to use specific materials rather than our regular materials, please show us the materials by photos or send the samples. And allow us some time to find the materials in local markets and confirm with you.
There will be an increase in cost and quotation.

Once the design is confirmed, we’ll email invoice to you via Paypal system. If you don’t have paypal account, please follow Paypal’s instruction to pay by credit card.
Please be noted that we’ll ship to the address you provide in Paypal while you pay.
2)We accept Western Union and bank transfer to our company account
Please be noted that buyers will be responsible for any bank charge.
We start to process your order within 1 business day after payment is received.
Our products will be packed with bubble foam, paper box and MDF frame. MDF is medium density fiberboard that is as strong as woods.
Air express, air shipping and sea shipping is available. We’ll try combine shipment methods to meet your requirement.
1) Air express: DHL/UPS/FEDEX door-to-door service is mostly preferred by our clients. Tracking number is available within 3 business days after shipment.
Shipping ETA is 7 business days. It takes longer in busy season such as Christmas and New Year.
2) Air shipping: Door-to-airport service is suitable for big and heavy order. When the package arrives your nearest airport, you’ll be notified to clear the package in the airport and pay the tax if there’s any. And you’re responsible for shipping the package to your own warehouse/home. Professional customs broker might be needed during this process.
Shipping ETA is usually 7-10 business days. It takes longer in busy season such as Christmas and New Year.
3) Sea shipping: Door-to-seaport service is suitable for bulk orders and container orders. You’re responsible for clearing the goods from seaport and ship to your own warehouse. Professional customs broker might be needed during this process.
Shipping ETA depends on final destination and ship schedule.
1) In terms of air express and air shipping, our products are NORMALLY charged by dimension weight. You can calculate the dimension weight here: http://www.dhl.com/en/tools/volumetric_weight_express.html
For very heavy products such as safe whose actual weight is more than dimension weight, actual weight counts.
2) In terms of sea shipping, it depends on different seaport conditions.
We’re working with our shipping agents which provide favorable rate for us. We’ll give you the shipping estimate before you pay for anything.
1) Air express (DHL/UPS/FEDEX door-to-door): it’s better to order more than 1 item per order because they could share the FIRST HALF KILO of shipping freight and packing fee.
Here’s an example of shipping freight: First 0.5kg of air-expree is 20 USD. Additional 0.5kg is 3 USD. If you ship 2 kg products in ONE PACKAGE, total is 20+3*3=29 USD.
If you ship 2 kg products in TWO PACKAGE, each 1 kg, total is (20+3)+(20+3)=46 USD
Packing fee is the same idea. We’ll pack more products in 1 box as long as it’ll be safe during shipping.
2) Air shipping and sea shipping: detailed estimate will be given before any payment.
Shipping insurance is available for air express, air shipping and sea shipping. Clients with order above 1500 USD could contact us for more detailed info.
Conditions might vary due to different cases. The insurer reserves all the rights.
Buyer is responsible for any tax from your country customs.
Tax rate is different in different countries. Please consult your local customs for detailed info. Shipper will notify you of tax (if there’s any) when your goods arrive at local customs.
We declare true value of your order, excluding shipping freight or packing fee. Please instruct us if you’d like to fill in a different declared value before shipping.
